2016 was a Brilliant Year for DBF Forum Member DRB Group

Integrated mechanical and electrical engineering business DRB Group had a lot to celebrate for in 2016. The Deeside Industrial Park based DBF member reached the challenging goal of reaching 40 years in business, and grew the business to a value of £11 million.

DRB Group were also awarded the Best Company to Work For at the Flintshire Business Awards in 2016. High Sheriff of Clwyd Jim O’Toole dedicated a plague to DRB’s apprenticeship scheme in a ceremonial unveiling. The apprenticeship scheme gives young people the opportunity to learn mechanical and engineering skills and gain nationally recognised qualifications upon which to build their careers. The company have also recently hired three more apprentices.
